Woodacre ADU

Starting as an unfinished and raw under-house crawlspace, this area was transformed to become a one bedroom, one bath apartment for the owners to rent out complete with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room & deck space. We custom designed a beautiful kitchen and bathroom that is the perfect blend of luxury and space efficiency. Walls of windows highlight the redwood trees on the property, allowing the new habitants to take advantage of all that West Marin has to offer.
